Online counselling is talk therapy delivered securely over video or phone call, so you can speak with a qualified counsellor from anywhere that feels private and comfortable to you. At Adiqure, sessions are confidential and available in English, Kannada and Hindi.
Research consistently shows that online counselling can be as effective as in-person therapy for common concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress and relationship difficulties. What matters most is a trusting relationship with your counsellor and consistency between sessions.
Yes. What you share stays private and is handled with professional confidentiality. The only exceptions are situations involving serious risk of harm to yourself or others, which are explained to you at the start of counselling.
Adiqure supports individuals, couples and families across India who want a safe space to work through emotional challenges — from anxiety and low mood to relationships, postpartum wellbeing and personal growth.
No. Counselling is talk therapy that helps you understand and work through emotions and challenges. It does not include medical diagnosis or prescribing medication. If medication or psychiatric care would help, we’ll encourage you to consult a registered psychiatrist, and counselling can work alongside that care.
You can book by sending a message on WhatsApp, filling in the contact form, or emailing us. We’ll arrange a convenient time for your first session and explain what to expect.
A typical session lasts around 45–60 minutes. The number of sessions depends entirely on you and your goals — some people come for a few sessions, others prefer ongoing support. There’s no fixed package you’re locked into.
Sessions are available in English, Kannada and Hindi, so you can express yourself in the language you feel most comfortable with.
Adiqure is not an emergency or crisis service. If you’re in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact Tele-MANAS at 14416 or the KIRAN helpline at 1800-599-0019, or reach your nearest emergency service right away.
